How often changes Ode la Mode the collection?
We have weekly, sometimes daily new collection. Those who registered for our newsletter will of course be the first informed.
What are the shipping costs at Ode la Mode?
Orders over € 49.95 we be shipped for FREE within the Netherlands. For orders with a lower order amount, we will charge € 3.95. For shipments to other countries view the shipping costs here.
How soon can I expect my order?
Orders placed before 16:30 will begin processing immediately and ship the same day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with an track & trace number.
Can I choose where my order is delivered?
It is possible to choose a different delivery address than the billing address, for example
- if you would like to send a gift to someone;
- you would like to have delivered at work or another address
Can I return an item?
No problem! All purchases can be returned within 7 days after delivery. The costs of return shipping will be for your account. After notification of your return on the return form you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After receiving your return your refund will be deposited within a few working days on the account you specify.
Can I exchange a article?
No problem. You can report it on the return form. Once we receive your return we will swap your article.
